Oliver Worrell,
Personal Trainer in Leeds
I’m Oliver Worrell and have been a Personal Trainer in Leeds for over a decade.
I Love helping people enjoy longer, healthier lives with a sustainable balance of good nutrition, good movement, and lifestyle habits.
I help people lose weight (fat), tone up (muscle definition), become stronger, eat, and move better. Hailing from Barbados, my surfing background taught me the importance of flexibility, core strength, balance, and functional strength. Keeping strong has helped me to relax and enjoy my lifelong outdoor activities. My fitness goal is to be 90 and still snowboarding, mountain biking and surfing
